iPhone loses connection during initial configuration


I've have been trying to set up my Lametric Time for days. I've tried just about everything. I'm using an iPhone X to set it up and have gone into my router settings (xfinity router gateway model CGM4331COM) to try to double check everything is compatible. 

Nothing has worked. I sent an email to support with a screen grab of the error message. I was told to disable LTE and try again. I did and it still did not work and then when I responded I didn't hear back again. 

I just want to get the thing working and its very frustrating. Hope somebody can help me.
