fail to sign up on the app

I was trying to sign up on the la metric time app, but it was keeping showing me that ”something went wrong on the server” . I tried a couple times today but it keeps happening. Could anyone please explain how is it happening？

Use developer login on the website to create an account. You can then use those credentials to login.
