Auto scroll rarely works

Big fan of the LaMetric for many years now, but one thing drives me crazy: The auto scroll feature only works for maybe 10% of the time. For 90 percent, the LaMetric ist stuck in clock mode. When I "kickstart" the scrolling process by manually choosing another app, it'll scroll through the apps until clock mode, where it will be stuck again. Of course I always run the newest sw release (2.3.8 these days).

Could you please write an email to support@lametric.com with more detailed information. Any video demonstrating the issue will be helpful.

Also, it would be helpful for our investigation if you shared your device's log files. To grab logs (just after the issue has occurred):

- if you're on Android, please open "Manage Device" screen and tap menu icon, tap Support, select LaMetric you have a problem with and send an email with device information.
- If you're on iOS, tap on "Account" tab at the bottom of "Manage Device", tap on "Support", tap on the name of your LaMetric Time device and send us an email with logs attached.
