I'd like to suggest an app or add-on that makes a single-but-simple HTTP(S) request against a user-designated DNS or IP address target (expecting a Lametric-valid JSON response) for data to display.
Two good examples could be:http://yourserver.local/api/lametric.phphttp://192.168.0.2/api/lametric.php
This would be useful for users who run their own server(s) that may want to display data from a network-local source.
