Let's face it, a lot of us have old iPads or Android tablets stuck in drawers somewhere. It would be great to use these as scrolling displays using LaMetric Time software to drive them. I guess LaMetric won't like this idea as it denies them hardware sales, but the shape of the existing LaMetric boxes doesn't lend itself well for wall mounting, and it would be great to be able to recycle an old tablet or phone for such a purpose. I for one would be very willing to pay a good price for the software to get my old iPad functioning as a LaMetric scrolling display.
