Please write an email on [email protected]
It would be also helpful if you share your device log files for investigation.
To grab logs:
- if you are on Android, in the LaMetric app tap on the menu icon in the top left corner of "Devices" screen, tap 'Submit Diagnostics', tap on the name of your LaMetric TIME device, and send us an email with logs attached.
- if you are on iOS, in your LaMetric app tap on "Account" tab at the bottom of "Devices" screen, tap on "Help & Tips", tap 'Submit Diagnostics', tap on the name of your LaMetric TIME device, and send us an email with logs attached.

On the Clock app using the page-a-day option, the background of the numerical date now has animated colors. Does anyone know what this means, and how to turn it off? Thank you!
