Hello Support,
Since I connected my Lametric to the computer I received the message that the max brightness and volume is not available. This doesnt disappear when I used the regular charger. Any change to reset?

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please note, if you use another USB cable/adapter or your LaMetric Time device is powered from the computer via USB, the brightness and volume of the device will be limited. Please check.
And we'd like to recommend you to use the original power adapter or another (not smart adapters).
