Access to events (analog IFTTT)

Hi, the IFTTT app has access to following events:

Alarm went off
Timer started
Timer finished

As I understand the LaMetric API (correct me if I am wrong) it's only possible for me to create an alarm, start a timer, etc. Is there a way to access these events analog to the IFTTT app?

If this is not possible, it would be a really nice feature to write own apps that react to an alarm going off (Send and API call, ...) .

Hi,

I have the same question. I am using IFTTT and a webhook in home-assistant at the moment. I don't like to use IFTTT, it would be nice to have access to the event in the API so that an alarm could trigger an automation.

Is there any progress on this topic? I bought the device to use it as a smart alarm clock. Which for me means to use the alarm as a trigger, which is not possible in a local installation.
