Radio app not responding anymore

Hi,

Everything worked fine until today. I added some stations, they all worked, and now when I turn on the radio app I only see the rotating bubbles and nothing more.

Please help.

Is there a way to reset the app?

Hey @Hardy,

We have released new more stable LaMetric 1.7.7 firmware which also contains minor reliability improvements. Check it out!

In case if the issue occasionally occurs please raise a support ticket and send us your device logs (open Manage Device screen and tap menu icon, tap Support, select LaMetric you have a problem with and send an email with device information).
