& sign

Is it a known issue that the & sign shows up as &AMP, when it is trying to scroll? Is there anything that can be done about this?

Don't want to reopen this, but this is now happening on RSS feeds as well. Particularly the < and > signs.

Add the > symbol as not showing up right.
