Slower text scrolling

Another 5 year old request. Is this a support site? If so why do they never respond? Another +1 for this feature. I will probably be returning my unit as a result of the lack of support and lack of this feature.
I'll cast my vote also for the option to slow the scrolling speed. Typewriter is neat, but is a bit hard on the eyes for longer content.
You can suggest this feature to the platform's support or feedback channels, such as the Microsoft Feedback Hub for Windows or the Apple Feedback Assistant for iOS.

Please add a global setting to slow down text scrolling speed, in both horizontal and vertical directions. This is especially needed for apps like News, it just zips but so quickly it really can't be read. When streaming bluetooth music, song title zips by way too fast to read.
