If you see nothing on LaMetric Time and cannot configure it, it is probably turned off and you need to turn it on.
Connect LaMetric to a power outlet via USB cable and power adapter. Press the On/Off button to start up your LaMetric.
In other cases it may indicate a malfunction of USB connector (no power) or display internal connector (no image). Please contact LaMetric support if this is the case.
